So I took two - three hours out of my night yesterday to cook delicious vegetarian lasagna. It had everything: cauliflower, Broccoli, onions, tomatoes, diced carrots, cucumbers, zucchini, Mediterranean herb fetta cheese - the works. I even made apple crisp for dessert.
